"Bezproblemowy check-in już o godzinie 12. spory i czysty basen. Hamak na tarasie. na życzenie bez problemu można dostać sztućce czy talerze np. do obrania i zjedzenia owoców. Personel bardzo pomocny w lokalizowaniu różnych atrakcji i środków komunikacji."

"Central, secure, easy parking, friendly staff. Frigid A/C. Very clean pool and a beautiful lush courtyard garden. Very comfortable lounge furniture on our private shaded balcony. Check-in was easy and it seems like some people are living in the complex long-term so it is clearly cared for as a real home. Kitchen was well stocked, and our only two requests for couple extra towels and refilling the drinking water as it was getting low (but did not run out!) were promptly accommodated. Would certainly stay here again."
"There was an awkward step from the bathroom to the hallway that my mother stumbled on in the night, so it could be more clearly marked, but she was fine. If stairs are a problem for you, be sure to request a ground floor room, because the ceilings are high so it’s more steps than usual to the second floor."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Playa Canek, the location was spot on, close enough to all the action without the noise :) Bruno the owner is great, lovely friendly guy who we shared plenty of tequilas with down at the beach bar :) The breakfast is fab, local eggs cooked how you like with toast, fruit & coffee. Sunrise is epic on the hammock, 6.50 am sunrise I was there from 5.50 stars & purple pink skies accompanied by Natcho, the friendliest hotel dog. Teresa was fabulous at organising dinner reservations & our transfer back to the airport 24hr Go mart is a lovely 5 Minute stroll away that has coffees, pastries, frappes & snacks etc There is a food court directly opposite, tacos, pizzas, burgers, shrimp & munchies bar serving fab cocktails 10/10 stay We would love to return, thank you for having us at your little slice of paradise on the beach Bruno & co Nicky & Carl :)"
