"Ogólnie, było to miejsce na całym Jukatanie, które zdecydowanie utkwi mi w pamięci! Perfekcyjne zwieńczenie urlopu po dosyć intensywnym zwiedzaniu, gdzie warto sie zatrzymac, odpocząć i zjeść. Bardzo smaczne jedzenie, krem z jalapeno będę kojarzyć z tym miejscem <3 Bardzo duże śniadania, zarówno na słono i słodko. Bardzo kameralny hotel w idealnej lokalizacji! z bezpłątnym parkingiem! Przemiła i baaaadzo pomocno obsługa. Naprawdę ogromnie polecam ten hotel! Świetna cena w porównaniu do jakości! Na pewno tutaj wrócę!"

"Zmieniłabym wystrój pokoju na bardziej minimalistyczny i nowoczesny. Zagospodarowałabym przestrzeń na siłownię. Poza tym nie ma do czego się doczepić :)"

"Charming! We had the opportunity to stay at the hotel with our several-year-old son in the second half of January 2026. The hotel features a very interesting design, and every detail makes the stay truly special. A big advantage is its intimate atmosphere, as the entire hotel has only a dozen or so rooms. If someone values peace and quiet and loves staying surrounded by nature, they should definitely choose this hotel. Cleanliness deserves special mention — both in the rooms and around the hotel itself. A huge plus and our thanks to the staff for their customer-oriented approach. There was a small discrepancy in the reservation amount, and the staff resolved it in our favor. Thank you, and we highly recommend this hotel!"

"Wonderful quiet hotel, excellent, tasty and very fresh breakfast served by very nice staff. Beautiful very clean beach with more than enough shadow. Comfy places on the beach. The rooms are highly original in design and layout. We were on the top floor and felt like in a tree house. Very nice and helpful staff with a proactive attitude. Seem to enjoy their jobs."

"Beautiful jungle style, stunning private beach & great location. The staff were so friendly, very polite & helpful. The breakfast was excellent every day. We had a stunning view of the beach & sea from our room, woke up to a sunrise every morning. Very quiet part of the hotel area aswel but within walking distance to the restaurants & bars."

"The hotel is gorgeous and a peaceful gem amongst the really busy Tulum. Great rooms with sea view and nice beach access incl lounge chairs and sun beds. We had a very relaxing and recharging week here. The staff is exceptionally friendly, personable and accommodating. They were incredible with recommendations for excursions and provided lots of help to prepare my proposal to my now fiancée. An unforgettable week at Sueños."
