The backup generator came up quickly - There was a kettle in the hallway for making tea - Good, quiet, and safe location. Walking distance to Farmers Market. Also close to Wuse 2, where there are lots of good restaurants and stores"

It had a weak signal in my room. - Not so much parking space. - No variety in the complimentary breakfast. They served just 2 main dishes during my one-week stay. - The breakfast Yam was usually cold. - The eggs for the English breakfast sometimes lacked seasoning, - Hot water capacity is low. Sometimes, the hot water becomes cold before I finish having my bath. - It wasn't quiet on a Friday night because of the live band from the restaurant."

"Noticed bathroom floor was dusty, maybe from the construction work going on. Was in the bathroom, light went off and so did water. Was stranded midway bathing until light was restored with water flow"

"Their laundry section rejected my clothes. They said they don't iron formal clothes like two piece suits. That was a great discomfort and inconvenience because I had several two piece and three piece suits which I wore for the meetings I attended."
