"Obsługa hotelowa na najwyższym poziomie. Byłem z synem na trekingu wokół Annapurny i w trakcie pobytu w Nepalu syn dostał powiadomienie o rozmowie o pracę. Potrzebował do tego laptopa z mikrofonem oraz kamerą. Mimo że w obiekcie nie ma takiego stanowiska, jeden z pracowników udostępnił swoj prywatny laptop. Wielki plus!!!"

"I really liked the attention of the staff, that was the real luxury. I liked the terrace they had for yoga or meditation and teh location that was close to the bus station. In Pokhara is very common to use the buses even if you can pay easily for the plane ticket since the most safe option to move is by bus."

"The furniture looked old, and when I arrived I was expecting a king size bed which I reserved but when I went to bed I noticed there were two twin beds together, also I found out a half drink of coca cola in the mini bar and some details of damages in the furniture so I called the reception desk and almost immediately they switched me to another room (better one) and they gave me some fruit to help me feel welcome and nice. So there were very good with the attention, just the place maybe need a restore and to say before that the hot tube is something the charge around 3000 rupies extra... I acutally made the reservation there because of the hot tube and the pool, which when I arrived none of those had water, and so I asked for the spa service and at that moment they told me that was unavailable, so maybe if you are going just make sure everything that you are expecting is going to be available. Again, just want to remark service was unexceptional, but still, I didnt made my reservation based on that."

"The Hotel is very clean and The rooms are nice and very big. The bathroom has a very good shower. The staff is very helpful and the view from the Rooftop is very nice over the lake. The Pool is a Little Bit smaller than it seems on the picures, But still nice and clean."

"Great hotel location in Pokhara, with roof top pool and view of the lake. Sun loungers were an added bonus to relax and enjoy the view. The room was a great size with balcony and the staff were great."

"Hotel Shaara is a high quality hotel in the middle of the Fewa area of Pokhara, which is the main tourist hub. The staff were the highlight of this property. They are Nepalese so of course they are kind and capable. Beautiful rooms, lovely rooftop, free luggage storage, amazing buffet breakfast."
