"Hotel zlokalizowany jest w starej rezydencji położonej w centrum miasteczka. Naprzeciwko znajduje się piękny ogród z basenem. Sam hotel ma wyjątkowy klimat z portretami przodków na ścianach, antykami. Śniadania są urozmaicone i podawane w salonach z freskami na sufitach, antykami, obrazami. Na dole znajdują się sale z bilardem szachami, wygodnymi fotelami i ozdobnym kominkiem. Całość ma powab starej rezydencji i wyjątkowy klimat. Jeżeli kiedykolwiek jeszcze zawitam w te strony, wrócę tu na pewno."

"The common areas (breakfast room) were a bit chilly in the morning. A better heating system would be appreciated. The fridge and heating were a bit noisy during the night."

"We had a lovely stay at Casa das Obras and we were sorry it wasn't for longer. Our room was lovely and spacious even though it was 'budget'. There is also a communal sitting room with a fire and a games room with a billiard table. Tea, coffee and home made biscuits are available, which is a really lovely touch. Breakfast was served in a beautiful dining room and had a great range of options. Our hostess was friendly and welcoming. We thought the place was stunning."

"Fantastic place. A mansion located in center of Manteigas. The building is from XVI and XVIII century, and inside you feel like in palace. There is even bilard room. Breakfast was excellent, with good choice of hams and cheeses."
