"A very nice and clean room. It's newly renovated. It was -8°C outside during our vacation, so we didn't even always turn on the heating because the apartment was so warm. The room has all the necessary kitchen utensils (cutlery, dishes, scissors, a corkscrew) and bathroom essentials (combs, a hairdryer, and even feminine hygiene products). Location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to ski elevator No.1. The hotel proposes 20% discount at Zjaj. It was the cheapest one. Also the can wax and sharpen the renting board 👍🏻 The apartment complex is connected with spa center Mamababa, so you even don’t need to go outside"

The location is different with booking address. We were trying to find it about 1 hour. You have to put in maps “National restaurant”, the reception is located in the same building, but the left door. The room doesn’t have mountain view, you have the view to the main road and roof from the downstairs restaurant. Since the restaurant is downstairs it was noise some nights Spa complex is a little bit expensive - 5000 dinares per person, the hotel in 200 m propose prise 3000 dinares

"The resort is beautiful .. there are large villas and smaller bungalows. It’s right on the beach with a lovely infinity pool and garden overlooking the beach. Rooms are comfortable and staff very friendly."

Niepodobało mi się to że gdy przyjeżdżasz na weekend to możesz korzystać tylko z 1 restauracji a nie ze wszystkich uważam że to jest niestosowne .A i jeszcze jedno że w pokoju jest brak czajnika .Basen ładny ale woda bardzo zimna

"We had a fantastic stay at Musangano Lodge with family. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning. It's a peaceful, well-run place that made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!"

Już na recepcji witają was ludzie strasznie zmęczeni i nieprzyjaźni. Za pierwszym razem obslugiwał nas jakis Hector chyba i ze smutną twarzą, powolnymi ruchami robił nam check-in przez 20 minut. Nawet nie było co liczyć że wytłumaczy nam co gdzie jest, z czego możemy korzystać i tak dalej. Reszta ludzi na recepcji na podobnym poziomie. Nikt się nie uśmiecha. Dla.każdego jesteś jak intruz tutaj. Każdy tu liczy na napiwki, ale za co? Za taką słabą obsługę? Jedynie kucharze zaslugują na napiwki, zwłaszcza ci od omletów, ale im nie ma jak dać. Druga sprawa to wifi. To było najgorsze wifi jakie spotkałem w hotelach. Dziala tylko w 1 miejscu na basenie. W pokoju już nie. W dodatku jest to opcja dodatkowa za dopłatą. NIE KUPUJCIE TUTAJ WIFI!

W pokojach są stare meble a budynek wymaga odświeżenia.

"The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

Raczej nie na czas od lipca do września. Bardzo wietrznie i częściej pochmurnie niż na północno zachodniej stronie.

"Wspaniała koncepcja! Zdecydowanie polecam willę z prywatnym basenem. Jej wysoki sufit, łazienka oraz łóżko z baldachimem robią spektakularne wrażenie. Jest możliwość otrzymania śniadania do pokoju lub butelki wina/szampana. Podobało mi się, że personal podwoził małymi samochodami do willi, ponieważ nie były to małe odległości - dobrze przemyślane. Moim concierge był Natakorn i był bardzo pomocny. Miejsce jest bardzo klimatyczne, polecam parom lub singlom. Dla kogoś ktoś szuka czegoś mniej sztampowego niż resortowy hotel. Jeśli ktoś porusza się taxi, stosunkowo blisko (ok 10-12min) by dostać się do plaży Kamala lub tamtejszych beach bar. Zanim wróciłem z restauracji, moja willa została przygotowana na wieczór - zastałem porządek, klimatyczne oświetlenie i kominek włączony na tv. Była to miła niespodzianka. Dobre jedzenie, wygodne łóżka, dostępna woda. Jeśli się zastanawiasz, czy warto wynająć chociażby na dobę lub dwie by spróbować luksusowego pobytu to warto."

Trudno powiedzieć, ponieważ byłem tylko przelotem. Wydaje mi się, że można by popracować nad dodatkowymi atrakcjami typu skutery lub motorówki należące do hotelu, albo jakieś zorganizowane wycieczki. Moim największym kłopotem była dość głośna klimatyzacja, po której złapałem katar. Nocą trochę też doskwierają komary, dlatego warto by dodać płyn na komary lub jakąś obsuwaną moskitierę na okna. Nie wiem, czy są jakieś imprezy lub inne atrakcje.

"We visited in the off season and the resort was very quiet. All the staff were very friendly and we loved all the facilities. We used the gym, had a couples massage, ate in every restaurant and enjoyed watching the waves on the sun loungers. The beds were the comfiest we stayed in and we loved our coconut welcome drinks! We were lucky enough to see a few turtles on our last day! Perfect location for arriving or leaving Samoa with just a $30 tala taxi ride."

We were sad the pool was closed but appreciate we were there in the off season and there was maintenance

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

室内の鍵がかからない所がある。バルコニーへの鍵も壊れてて開かない。外スリッパも準備されているのに。時期的なものもあるかも知れないけど、窓が虫ついてて汚れている。 近くにコンビニ等ないので、夕食はよく考えてから施設に向かいましょう。

"Due to another group booking received a free upgrade to an entire private bungalow. Staff and service was professional and friendly throughout. Rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean (cleaning staff deserve a bonus!), and beds comfortable. Included riding tour was a pleasant surprise and really enjoyable, highly recommended. The whole setup as a non-profit for the benefit of the community is commendable. I strongly recommend staying here!"

"Everything was amazing! The owners take great pride in their new property and hospitality. We felt super welcomed and honestly spoilt! The room was beautiful with proper linens, thick towels and a hot shower!! The food was delicious - we tried pretty much everything in the menu. Great variety and portions. Lovely place to hang and relax by the pool or take a kayak to the nearby village and mangroves. This was our favourite stay on a 6 week trip and recommend to anyone staying in the area!! All the best to these wonderful hosts!! Xo"

"The hotel is great and in an amazing location which is right inside the airport. Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

The pool could do with a bit of cleaning.

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

"The property is very welcoming, with professional and helpful staff. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which I really appreciated. The swimming pool was closed for two days, but the hotel kindly removed the related charges. At breakfast, I would suggest adding kiwi and avocado, which I personally missed. The beach, gym, leisure facilities, and overall atmosphere are beautiful and relaxing. The sea is simply stunning! 🌊"

"Piękne otoczenie. Doskonała baza wypadowa dla miłośników trekkingu i świętego spokoju. Śniadanie - dobre, ale bez szału."

Bardzo duszno w pokojach - trafiłem na ciepłe dni i naprawdę w hotelu bez klimatyzacji w pokojach (i nawet wentylacji) ciężko wytrzymać. Ona uchylały się umiarkowanie, ale były meszki, więc też to nie pomagało.. Wentylator biurkowy to średnie rozwiązanie. Małe SPA, bez basenu i z koniecznością zapisywania się na konkretną godzinę.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.
