"Constantly feeling like you are trying to be kinda scammed- we booked 2 bedrooms (so 2 adjoining rooms with 2 separate room numbers originally saying to accomodate 8 people) for 4 people and we had to pay 50 usd every day for 2 extra breakfasts because we were told those were not included and they were booked only for 2 adults and 2 children. afterwards I also read that it was an issue for many. I’ve stayed in many different properties around the world and this is honestly a scam. If this was included in the price we would have paid it absolutely fine but why ask for this on top? Also booking an ocean view room and being given one on second floor with trees overshadowing the whole view was ridiculous. We were even told at the reception the ocean view means that you are direction wise positioned to the ocean, lol. I added the picture of the view. Thankful for the lovely manager that changed our room after further complaints"

"Pyszne, rozmaite jedzenie, Restauracje Veneto, Marco Polo wymagające rezerwacji serwują dania z górnej półki. Snack bar, w którym każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie (zdrowo i niezdrowo). Zadbane baseny i codzienna zorganizowana rozrywka w strefie basenów. Przestawienia dla dzieci i dorosłych w teatrze. Przepiękne widoki z okna pokoju jak i ze strefy basenowej. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa."

"To akurat nie jest minus hotelu a gości. Jest ograniczona, choć duża liczba leżaków przy basenie. Goście zostawiają rano ręczniki na leżakach rezerwując je i niejednokrotnie w ogóle w ciągu dnia na basenie się nie pojawiają, blokując tym samym miejsce innym chętnym."

"The beach was right outside my balcony and beautiful. The breeze is always amazing and if you love iguana's then you’re in the right place to enjoy them. And the Peacocks are all over the place. Getting into town is super easy too and just don’t eat the ice unless you have a strong immune system. I will absolutely be coming back for more time there as I truly enjoyed my first trip to Cancun."

"People need to know this place is HUGE! You will get lost if not paying attention but I stayed in the Adult only sections as I don’t want to be around kids so it was nice not to hear screaming little monsters all around. Instead you get drunk adult monsters sometimes."
