"Już drugi raz tu spałem, więc wybór świadomy. MIejsce jest bardzo ok na 2-3 noce, aby zwiedzić Zemun i Belgrad. (do centrum jednak 5 km). Czysto i cicho (no może poza sobotnimi imprezami w pobliżu), a pokój dość duży. Do dyspozycji mały balkonik. Dość łatwo znaleźć miejsce do parkowania tuż pod budynkiem. Podoba mi się kontakt z właścicielami - pełne zaufanie."
"Łazienka jest mała i trochę ciekło spod prysznica. Kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe sprzęty, ale lodówka jest juz do wymiany (it is time to change the refrigerator)."
"Perfekcyjna organizacja zakwaterowania. Pełne wzajemne zaufanie do siebie właściciela i wynajmujących. Wszystko załatwiliśmy telefonicznie. Apartament czekał na nas otwarty i gotowy do zamieszkania. Mieszkanko jest znakomite i w pełni wyposażone . Świetne miejsce aby zwiedzić Zemun i Belgrad."
"Nie było takich rzeczy. Może tylko trzeba mieć trochę szczęścia aby trafić i znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania. Wystarczy jednak poczekać parę minut i coś się znajdzie."

"I had a great time here! Ivan is a nice helpful host, pleasant to chat with. The studio had everything I needed, including a terrace, extra comfy bed which I appreciated a lot after long day, it was nice and clean, spacious and i didn’t even need to use an ac, it stayed pleasantly cool with over 30° outside. It’s tucked in a quiet street in the area of beautiful Zemun, I came for some bureaucracy stuff but also enjoyed just walking around the neighbourhood, i love those cute Austro-Hungarian houses and the Yugo brutalist architecture as well, and this area has an amazing mix of it all. Hvala Ivane!"

"Nice rooms in a quiet area with acces at bus and some shops, available free parking. I booked a double room and a studio (bedroom and living room). The first one was flawless, the studio still needs some improvements and repairs, but overall was ok. The owner waa very helpful and friendly."

"The property is located near everything you need. Short walk to the bus station which leads you to the city center, shopping malls and sentral bus station.. Also, shopping markets like Lidl, Maxi ++ are located just a minutes walk from the property. Host provides a ride to and from the airport (about a 15 minutes driving) for a reasonable price. A minutes walk to the boulevard with a many fast-food and a local restaurants. Highly recommended."

"I’m really grateful for the hospitality of the host. He took good care of us: met at the airport, gave a tour in the vicinity, took us to the exchange office, got me a sim-card for the phone, fixed the Internet, and did many other things for me and children) We really enjoyed the sightseeing in Belgrade as well as relaxing in the morning and in the evening on the lovely balcony facing a quiet street)"

He also shared great recommendations and tips about the city, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. Everything was just right. "Although we arrived very late, the host was there to hand over the keys. The apartment was nice, there was also a coffee and a water heater. Unlimited supply of drinking water, since tap water is not drinkable in this region."
"The location was excellent with a well equipped supermarket downstairs in the complex. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Having a lift was a bonus especially having to manage our suitcases. Excellent all round."
