Ocena 9 nie 10 za dwie rzeczy: odgłosy imprezy dochodzące z dołu w weekendowe noce i "mroczne" oświetlenie, pewnie chodzi o to,, żeby było nastrojowo ... ;-)

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

Zlew był ładny, zrobiony z muszli, ale przez to mało praktyczny. Do tego był bardzo nisko, więc osobie średniego wzrostu trudno się z niego korzystało.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a good variety of options. The location was excellent—close to shops and public transport, which made it very convenient to get around."

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

"Przemiła obsługa, czysto, ciepło, blisko na przystanki i do sklepu. Ręczniki i mydło w łazience. Czajnik, szklanki i po jednej jednorazówce rozpuszczalnej kawy i po dwie cukru na osobę w pokoju. Dużo miejsca w szafach, nawet z bagażem na kilka dni można się spokojnie zmieścić. Z aneksu kuchennego nie korzystałam, ale widziałam że jest (tylko chyba jeden na kilka pięter) i lodówka do użytku gości działa. Śniadanie OK dla osób, które nie mają diet eliminacyjnych. Dobra cena pobytu, zwierzak w gratisie. Jeśli ktoś szuka przyzwoitego noclegu w dobrej cenie, a nie zależy mu na wyszukanym komforcie i wodotryskach to jest to właściwe miejsce. Jakość odpowiada cenie, a obie standardowi obiektu. Zapewne jeszcze skorzystam."

Nie, że mi się nie podobało, to raczej uwagi, które podniosą poczucie komfortu bez dużych nakładów. Przydałaby się też herbata na start, choćby po jednej torebce prócz tej kawy. Warzyw na półmiskach na śniadaniu jest po parę plasterków, wegetarianie się najedzą, weganie nie mają szans. Opłata za parking, mimo że symboliczna zawsze mnie irytuje, choć rozumiem, że to ukłon wobec niezmotoryzowanych.

Le store dans la chambre ne permet pas d’avoir un noir total, il y avait de la lumière dans la chambre la nuit.

Pokój wyglądem odbiega od zdjęć. Nie stanowi to dużego problemu, niemniej wolałabym, aby zdjęcia oddawały bardziej rzeczywistość.

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Air con didn’t reach the bedroom and could hear the traffic at night.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

- The entry to the hotel is not clear. One has to walk through a long small street to reach a small door. No taxi can arrive there. You have to walk with your luggage about 250 mts for a small stone street. - No toilet paper - Not possible to pay with credit card, which, being so expensive, makes it that you have to bring a lot of cash with you, and in town there is only a place to change money, and for that reason, the exchange rate is very bad

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on
