"The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with directions to/from the property and allowing me to stay in the bar area until I went to the bus station in the evening."

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

"Wszystko OK. Parking, śniadanie, przyjazny personel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Duża łazienka z prysznicem, duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym."

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

"Location and view from balcony of the sea and Orient Bay amazing, sit and watch the sunrise. Walk along the beach to restaurants and bars in the day and evening. Linda was there to greet us, very friendly and helpful. Apartment clean and comfortable. Small shop onsite for bread etc, everyone friendly lots of wild life, birds, bearded dragons and donkeys!"

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

"The hotel across the road where you check in and where breakfast is served is gorgeous with antiques all around you. The apartment was also beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a washing machine and the heating dried everything really quickly. The staff were lovely, they stored our luggage before check-in and ordered us a taxi to the train station when we were leaving. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection of foods. Yoghurts and juices were in glass containers, no plastic anywhere. Fantastic and really thoughtfully done. The location in Gamla Stan, just a few steps from the royal palace and Storkyrkan was ideal. I'd recommend getting a cab from the train station in winter if you have heavy luggage. The walk from the metro station is a challenge with the cobbles and snow. But the location is truly worth the effort."

"To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce. Na posesji rośnie migdałowiec, na który kilka razy dziennie przylatują ary. Odwiedza je też tukan. Miejsce bardzo, ale to bardzo czyste. Kuchnia, jak to wielokrotnie było pisane w innych recenzjach, przepiękna i przestronna, fenomenalnie wyposażona, pozwalająca w jednym czasie gotować i jeść kilku osobom. Pokoje przepiękne! Internet bez zarzutu, bardzo szybki i pozwalający odbywać spotkania online."

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"Bardzo gustownie urządzone apartament. Jest styl, jest klasa."

Bardzo słabe danie obiadowe. Ziemniaki w mundurkach cos strasznego. Proszę przekazać do kucharza... choć odrobinę masła, zioła... niech to "jakoś" smakuje. Proszę nie podawać kartofli bez żadnego smaku jak dla świnek.

"Fajny klimatyczny, chociaż mieliśmy pokój na samej górze ze skośnym sufitem i prawie cały czas trzeba było uważać na głowę. Ale klimat miejsca bardzo pozytywny, na dole jest knajpka."

Akurat jak my byliśmy przez tydzień to na Basenie byliśmy tylko My - Nasza 2 . Jedzenie przepyszne, porcje jeszcze większe. Ice Latte przepyszna do śniadania. Brakowało soku świeżo wyciskanego z pomarańczy ale tak to super wszystko."

"Świetna lokalizacja, czysty pokój i łazienka, miły pomocny personel, polecam ☺️ Na kilkudniowy pobyt można zaopatrzyć aneks w kawę do ekspresu, który był do dyspozycji. Kawa bardzo smaczna, ale tylko jeden dzień."

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time

"Rewelacyjna strefa SPA. Jest basen sporych rozmiarów, 2 sauny, oraz jacuzzi. Bardzo przyjemny klimat w salonie, wspaniałe jedzenie. Genialny kucharz przyrządzał wyjątkowo smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Personel wymarzony. Czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo. Polecam serdecznie! Chętnie wrócimy!"

"The rooms were spacious booked a family room had one double and one single. Was on ground floor first room as you enter building. The a/c was nice and cool it was on a fixed temp as no remote. TV was good with reception. Outside plenty of shops and restaurants. Dera and Gourmet and supermarket/bakery, fast food and other shops along the way. Rickshaws always available across the road. The big malls like ammana mall just a few minutes ride."

The only problem was that the toilet was the flat hole in ground the other rooms upstairs had the siting version but they were double rooms staff said we could change rooms and they will give us extra mattress but we liked the location of first room others had to go past reception.
