"Staff are friendly and helpful, and our room was good. The environment is beautiful, and we love the Rossmund golf estate."

There seems to be a lack of management oversight, with some areas for improvement. For example, one of the bath mats which was in place in front of the shower had holes in it - which really shouldn't happen. And there is a need for a "refresh" of the the rooms.

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Having to get taxis but the cheap so not to bad.

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

"L'hôtel en cette saison au bord du Lac Inle est magique. Les chambres sont belles et la vue sur le sac est splendide. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel. Le patron de l'hôtel à l'écoute et très réactif. A recommander"

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"Everything. It is in a fantastic location, is immaculately maintained, has a well equipped gym and indoor and outdoor pools and a great layout. The staff cannot do enough to make your stay exceptional."

Nothing, it was as close to being perfect as it is possible to be.

"Przestronny i wygodny pokój, miła i pomocna obsługa, wiele atrakcji, animacje dla dzieci, duży wybór dań i potraw."

W pokoju, w którym się zatrzymaliśmy od czasu do czasu słychać było pracujące urządzenia (być może wentylacja?) z pomieszczeń piętro wyżej.

"Subiektywnie: szkocki klimat hotelu. Ponieważ nastawialiśmy się wyłącznie na zwiedzanie Szkocji, położenie hotelu było bardzo dobre. Blisko obwodnicy, dojazd do Edynburga to około 35 min, do Glasgow 30 min."

Hałasująca klimatyzacja / wentylacja na dachu hotelu, która była słyszalna w pokoju. Głownie korzystaliśmy tylko ze śniadań, które były bardzo ubogie w warzywa, ale za to można było poczuć szkocki klimat.

Raczej nie na czas od lipca do września. Bardzo wietrznie i częściej pochmurnie niż na północno zachodniej stronie.

Храната беше на ниво.Персоналът наистина дават всичко от себе си за да се чувства всеки добре. Леглата и възглавниците са много удобни, като за блажен царствен сън от какъвто се нуждаехме за нашата почивка. Плажът беше достатъчен за всички. Водата беше спокойна и бистра. Съчетанието с дива гора 🐺 и море е невероятно за почивка."

"Wspaniała lokalizacja, piękne położenie i znakomita infrastruktura. Trudno wymarzyć sobie lepsze miejsce w lepszym położeniu i z lepszą obsługą. Najlepszy ośrodek w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy - REWELACJA!!! Szczególne podziękowania dla Kervina i Hiero - Wasza praca pozwoliła nam poczuć się zupełnie wyjątkowo i wypocząć jeszcze lepiej - BRAWO !!!"

Location could be too quiet for some travelers

"Czysto ,codziennie pokój sprzątany wymieniane ręczniki .Mieliśmy wykupione śniadania bardzo dobre i duża rozmaitość Basen duży można nie żle sobie popływać .Do morza 150 metrów czyli wyjście z hotelu przejście na drugą stronę ulicy i prosto na plaże do morza"

Ja i żona nie widzieliśmy wad wszystko nam się podobało

"Korzystna lokalizacja dla osób lubiących ciszę. Bardzo dobre posiłki, gdzie spokojnie nawet nasza 3 letnia córka znalazła jedzenie jej odpowiadające. Bardzo duży pokój."

Flies were the problem in the end of December which make difficult to eat outside till evening.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out
