Aparthotele w Kambodży

"Wspaniały pobyt dzięki cudownemu personelowi hotelu oraz doskonałej lokalizacji. Pierwszy raz zdarzyło nam się, że każdy, dosłownie każdy pracownik był uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty i niezwykle pomocny. Świetnie zorganizowane posiłki. Mimo niewielkiej restauracji zawsze było gdzie usiąść, jedzenie dokładane na bieżąco. Kolacja w przemiłym towarzystwie chłopaka z Pakistanu, zawsze czekał na nas i zabawiał rozmową. Panowie w recepcji bardzo uczynni. Apartament z widokiem na marine bardzo polecamy, widok piękny, a z głównej sypialni również boczny widok na morze. Do plaży bardzo blisko, dosłownie 10 minut spaceru. Do metra 15 minut na piechotę. Sklep 24h obok hotelu. Bardzo polecamy, wszystko było idealne!"

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

"Lokalizacja blisko plaży, w spokojnym miejscu. Auto zaparkowane na tylnej uliczce, bez problemu. Wielkość apartamentu."

Bardzo głośno pracująca klimatyzacja. Kolor oświetlenia apartamentu sprawia przygnębiające wrażenie. W dzień wygląd apartamentu jest ok.

"The balcony view across the river to the mountains was fantastic. The room was very large, bed was comfortable and the location was close to the town centre."

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

"Nice setting, clean and comfortable room. Liked seeing the wildlife and walking the trails. In addition to the pool there's also table tennis, a football table and other games you can play which is a nice touch."

There was no tea or coffee in the room. Instead coffee was changed at an excessive rate. The same applies to the resturant: I always expect to pay over the odds in a place like this but this really was excessive! The final thing I thought was harsh is the 10 am check out time especially at low season.

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

"Pokój był bardzo czysty, przestronny i jasny, a łóżko bardzo wygodne. Duży balkon również na plus. Obsługa była bardzo sympatyczna I pomocna mimo bariery językowej."

Pokój wyglądem odbiega od zdjęć. Nie stanowi to dużego problemu, niemniej wolałabym, aby zdjęcia oddawały bardziej rzeczywistość.

"Hotel naprawdę warty polecenia, czysto, kameralnie i wygodnie . W pokoju pralka, zmywarka, kawiarka. Wygodne lóżko. W dodatku dostaliśmy wodę i słodki poczęstunek. Hotel znajduje się na podwórku, co sprawia dodatkowe uczucie bezpieczeństwa. Rzut beretem mnóstwo sklepów, restauracji, kawiarenek i drogerii. Przemiła, wyrozumiała i pomocna obsługa. Byliśmy informowani o każdym alarmie przeciwlotniczym. Z całego serca polecam."

"Very quiet area and very clean. The man who works in the office is very helpful."

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

"The room was large and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the cleaning staff was amazing. The views from our room were great, overlooking Suva harbour. The location was central but a bit steep for us."

We are seniors, so walking up to the hotel was hard. The internet was not up to scratch, but all in all, I actually liked the place.

"Fantastyczna lokalizacja blisko portu, dworca, wielu barów, restauracji i wszystkich udogodnień. Apartament czysty, wyposażony we wszystko łącznie z pralką i suszarką do ubrań. Czysto, schludnie, pachnąco. Recepcja całodobowa i bardzo pomocna. Wspaniały widok. Siłownia OK. Basen rozsądnej długości - do popływania - ale nie korzystaliśmy"

The beds and pillows were too soft for our liking.

the sheets were stained and wasnt clean enough. mattresses were slipping off the bed frame. Little chilly and the heater wasnt working well.
