"Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Mieszkanie urządzone bardzo gustownie, duży metraż i kubatura pomieszczeń. Dwie łazienki upraszczały pobyt rodziny. Dodatkowy atut to dwa komplety kluczy, które też pomagały w sprawnym organizowaniu czasu rodziny. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko do metra, atrakcji turystycznych i atrakcji miasta. Polecam:-)"

Spłuczki w obu łazienkach czasem się zacinały i trzeba było czekać na napełnienie przed spłukaniem - można wymienić.

"To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce. Na posesji rośnie migdałowiec, na który kilka razy dziennie przylatują ary. Odwiedza je też tukan. Miejsce bardzo, ale to bardzo czyste. Kuchnia, jak to wielokrotnie było pisane w innych recenzjach, przepiękna i przestronna, fenomenalnie wyposażona, pozwalająca w jednym czasie gotować i jeść kilku osobom. Pokoje przepiękne! Internet bez zarzutu, bardzo szybki i pozwalający odbywać spotkania online."

"The place was very, very quiet (you only heard the rustling of th sea) and the view on the sea was extremely beautiful, one of the best sea views I ever saw (and I travelled a lot!). When I was there I also saw very many butterflies. The room was well equipped with fridge and tea facilities. The lady can make good meals. The village of Sauteurs is only half an hour walking from the place over a quiet road. Sauteurs is a little dull but has a certain Caribbean charm."

There is no airco. The cottages are on a slope, so sometimes you have to climb from your cottage to th reception and restaurant.

"Apartament czysty z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią. Lokalizacja blisko przystanku, restauracji, morza. Bez problemowy zwrot kaucji. Personel mówiący również po hiszpańsku. Na dole bar każdego wieczoru z muzyką więc nie ma nudy. W pokojach mimo głośnej muzyki jest bardzo cicho."

Trochę ciasny aneks kuchenny, gdyby stół był mniejszy było by o wiele wygodniej.

Klimatyzacja - tylko w sypialni, bardzo ciężko było utrzymać odpowiednią temperaturę. W salonie, kuchni i drugiej sypialni było bardzo gorąco Ręczniki plażowe brudne.

On evenings, in a beatch can hear music from a nearby hotel (guess that could be an issue in all sunny beatch)

"Apartament znajduje sie 25 min pieszo od centrum miasta. Bardzo czysty, świetny kontakt z personelem. Zameldowanie odbywa sie w pubie, który znajduje sie pod mieszkaniem. Mimo pobliskich restauracji było bardzo cicho. Możliwość zostawienia bagazu po wymeldowaniu."

"Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko wyciągu. Duży, wygodny apartament. Czysto. W tym samym budynku wypożyczalnia nart i restauracja."

Brak umywalki w toalecie, choć na plus że była w oddzielnym pomieszczeniu. Natomiast umywalka była tylko w pomieszczeniu z prysznicem, więc kiedy ktoś zajmował łazienkę z prysznicem, był problem z umyciem rąk.

"Pobyt bardzo udany, basen mieliśmy w innej części niż główna recepcja ale to było samym plusem bo cisza spokój bez muzyki. Akurat jak my byliśmy przez tydzień to na Basenie byliśmy tylko My - Nasza 2 . Jedzenie przepyszne, porcje jeszcze większe. Ice Latte przepyszna do śniadania. Brakowało soku świeżo wyciskanego z pomarańczy ale tak to super wszystko."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

The height and flight of stairs.

"Quiet neighbourhood but not secluded. Close to Blue Bay, very close to Kokomo Beach for great snorkelling early in the day, and the flamingo habitat was always fun to check out. Grocery store was a 5 minute drive away. Many restaurant choices a short drive away. 10-15 mins from downtown Willemstad, with plenty of parking near the Fort. Ed was a wonderful host! And the private pool at the end of a long hot day was a blessing."

Could not find coffee filters for the coffee machine in any store…:)

"The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

"It was a very nice stay. The hotel is located at the very seaside. The beach is clean and has a lot of space. The owner and the guys at reception are very friendly and helping. The pool is big, nice, and clean, and can substitute the sea during the windy days. There was an everyday cleaning with 2 times a week towels change. The location of the hotel is perfect, not in the very noisy area but close to any attraction/facility. The prices at the bar/restaurant are similar to the prices of others."

The only minus to me were the Russians that stayed there as they cannot behave civilized. It was pleasant to stay at the hotel with Europeans.

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"Bardzo podobała mi się obsługa hotelu. Zaraz po zabookowaniu pokoju na whatsapp odezwał się mężczyzna imieniem Itzik. Cały czas byłem w nim kontakcie. Wszystko mi wyjaśnił i wytłumaczył. Nawet po swojej pracy odpisywał do kogo i gdzie mam się zgłosić aby mógł się zameldować. Powinien dostać podwyżkę bo taki pracownik to skarb"

Brakowało kompletów pościeli. Ale nie chciało mi się iść do obsługi hotelu więc spędziłem noc pod prześcieradłem

"Wygodne łóżko, ładny wystrój, pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu szwedzkiego. Miły i przyjazny personel, mówią w języku angielskim i rosyjskim. Doradzają miejsca, które warto zobaczyć. Lokalizacja blisko Registan, wspaniałe miejsce, trzeba je zobaczyć w dzień i wieczorem. Po wymeldowaniu pozwolono nam zostawić bagaże, mogliśmy spokojnie w recepcji poczekać na pociąg. Poczęstowano nas pysznym arbuzem- dziękujemy:) Posiadają lodówkę z napojami, ceny bardzo przystępne. Polecam!"

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

Nada, sólo que el edificio está casi vacío.
