"Sehr gutes Frühstück mit verschiedenen Brötchen, Marmelade, Jogurt, Obst, Saft, Kaffee, Tee, ... Schöner Gemeinschaftsraum. Schön warm im Haus. Unkomplizierte, zuvorkommende Gastgeber und sehr liebe Katze 🐱"

Keine Handtücher. Toilettenpapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Heizung im Zimmer ließ sich nicht zurückdrehen.

Nie było w opisie, że będziemy dzielić kuchnie i łazienkę z innymi osobami.

"Personel był niezwykle przyjazny i pełen entuzjazmu. Miejsce jest malownicze, z historią wyrażoną także w wyglądzie obiektu - choćby zabytkowej jadalni. Jedzenie na kolacji było przepyszne i lokalne. Łóżko było bardzo wygodne."

Obiekt odbiegał czystością od innych odwiedzonych przeze mnie miejsc w Gruzji. Co nie oznacza, że nie było czysto. Oznaczenie lokalizacji jest także dość niejasne, podróż przez szlak z samego Iprali zajęła dodatkowe 45 minut przez barszcze Sosnowskiego.

"Location is ok, 10 minutes walk to Somerset MRT station. Cleanness was ok, not spotted but acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. As the cheapest private room with private bathroom in the whole city this place is worth its price. Good contact with owner via whatsapp. I would come back."

The owner does not treat this place like a hotel, so for example, toilet paper is replaced by the guests themselves.

"Location was great. And nothing beats the local dishes for breakfast. The convience of the washer and dryer right in the apartment was awesome!! I think the gated area added to the security of the apartment, and so you feel safe staying there."

I think some basic essentials would be nice, like salt, pepper, and oil to cook with:-)

Było ciut głośno za oknem, ale grali dobrą muzykę, więc to nie minus

It had everything you need in a guesthouse. However, some reforms need to be made, but the host told me he's working on it

If bed mats to be place on both side of the bed and infront the dresser ... but others the property is well equipped.

Actually, description was ambiguous: contrary to expectation, the toilet, bathroom and kitchen were shared (with the hosts and with the renter from the other room that is hired within the property), not private.

Łóżko niepierwszej młodości, stylizowane na stare (to nie drewno), czuć, że delikatne, duży odstęp między zagłówkiem a materacem, co jest mało komfortowe

As a grown up solo traveller, who is oftentimes ready to accept challenging environments, I cannot make any critical remarks. Right now due to the russian full scale invasion, hospitality businesses all over Ukraine are struggling for survival, which makes critical remarks even more misplaced. The bottom line is – I liked the property.
