"Excellent location, plenty of facilities on the grounds to choose from. Mambo beach was not too crowsded as we feared, and there was no construction in the area. Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

Plaże przy hotelu też są bardzo piękne . Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Check air conditioner operation before sleeping! We down graded to beach front from water bungalow but didnt get discount or reimbursement from booking dot com. :( Had noisy neighouring resort from parties over 2 days.

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

"Beautiful hotel in a super location for Petra...super efficient staff and facilities...the complimentary biscuits on the room were a nice touch.... Food in the restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at will definitely return."

Proces zameldowania był bardzo długi, zajęło to przeszło pół godziny. Podróżowałam z osobą na wózku inwalidzkim, a w głównym budynku nie działała winda!

"Magic Reef is a beautiful resort, very relaxing. The bungalows are well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It was also great to have our own comfortable lounge chairs on the deck to take in the views out over the reef, watching the waves crashing and the sun setting which was all simply breathtaking. There are a few really good restaurants within walking distance down the beach, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing time. We hired a car for a couple of days to explore around the island, enjoy some beach swimming, snorkeling and to eat at some different restaurants. The pool was great, lovely temperature and depth. Our hosts and all the staff were friendly, helpful and we enjoyed talking with them. Thanks for the beautiful platter in the fridge, the beers, juice etc which was so appreciated. We would highly recommend Magic Reef if you like a small boutique resort."

"W resorcie znajdują się 2 baseny. To duży plus. Cicha okolica i w pełni wyposażona kuchnia to też miły dodatek."

Brak windy na piętro było dużym minusem. Od obiektu z 4 * oczekiwalibyśmy większych udogodnień. Wciąganie bagaży po schodach było dość dużym zaskoczeniem. Lampa przy wyjściu z kuchni mogłaby być wyżej zawieszona.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

"A good hotel with a decent and tasty breakfast served in an interestingly located restaurant. The rooms are clean and spacious. It's pleasantly cool in summer even during the heat, although there's no air conditioning. A special highlight is the mountain river flowing nearby — you can hear its sound at night. The location is truly excellent, especially convenient because the free shuttle bus stop is right next to the hotel. In the pool, the water is very warm, but it was impossible to use it — all the spots around the pool were constantly occupied."

Zbyt drogie piwo w barze ;-) Mała plaża i niewystarczająca liczba leżaków na plaży i przy basenie.

"Wspaniały obiekt położony przy plaży. Cudowni pracownicy, najlepsi na świecie :) Wiecznie uśmiechnięci :) Pokój dostaliśmy zanim rozpoczęła się doba hotelowa. Bardzo czysto! W pokoju jest lodówka, czajnik, kawa i herbata. Nie ma telewizora ale przez widok na ocean z łóżka, nie ma takiej potrzeby. Przed domkiem stolik z krzesłami."

"I love this family friendly vibe! There is a pool for kids, adults with swim up bar and another quieter relax pool for adults only. The shows were good- the circus show and the fire show were my favorites. Everyone from the front desk to servers to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, you have a choice in the evening between the buffet and restaurants."

It took us a few days to figure out what was happening at the resort as our Spanish was so limited.

Only couple of persons spoke english. Several restaurants in hotel, but you could only book online with one. When you come to hotel everything is in spanish, luckily I had colleague who could speak spanish so he was able to translate how to book breakfast, lunches and dinners etc.

"Every room has a view over the lake. It's worth it just for that. Filtered water available for free in the hallway."

Restaurant prices are too high.

"I really liked the room, the facilities, and the entire complex. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Every team member was amazing—professional, friendly, and always helpful."

There was nothing significant to complain about. Overall, the experience met and even exceeded my expectations.

"Profesjonalna i zawsze pomocna obsługa. Duży wybór potraw w restauracji. Na terenie obiektu kilka stref na wypoczynek. Właśnie prywatna plaża z leżakami, materacami i ręcznikami. Pięknie zadbany teren i czysty."

Obok hotelu znajduje się klub nocny/bar gdzie codziennie do późnych godzin słychać głośną muzykę, która jest bardzo uciążliwa.
