No filters for the coffee maker. The streets are in bad shape once you drop off the Main Street to get to the house.

"Der Frühstück war aus lokalen Produkten, ganz fein und serviert direkt im schönen Garten. C’est le plus beau et agréable endroit pour passer un moment de joie. L’accueil est adorable et sincère. L’histoire de la maison comble le reste. C’est tout simplement un musée vivant , qu’on ne peut pas oublié. Aucun compliment peut exprimer notre joie ici. "Duży pokój z dużym dwuosobowym łóżkiem. Czysto, dla każdego z gości przygotowany był ręcznik. Po przybyciu, przez gospodarzy zostaliśmy poczęstowani śniadaniem, chleb, dżem i ciasteczka. Dodatkowo była możliwość skorzystania z kuchni i zrobienia herbaty. Następnego dnia, przed wyjściem mieliśmy przygotowane śniadanie: gotowane jajko, babeczka, chleb, dżem, kawa albo herbata. Bardzo mili gospodarze. Polecam."

"We had an amazing stay! The hosts Kristina and Kozma and their cute little dog were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. They even shared the tastiest fresh tomatoes from their garden. The balcony had a gorgeous view over the sea, and they were kind enough to give us a ride back to Vlora. Honestly, such lovely people – highly recommend!"

As all activities and transport are organized by the host, I sometimes had to wait quite long time for the driver to arrive. This was not the hosts fault, but it is important to know when planning a trip to Tanna.

"Warto odwiedzic to miejsce. Cisza i spokoj. Zadbany guesthouse z bardzo mila i pomocna wlascicielka. Mozna tu zostac nawet na kilka dni, jesli chcesz odpoczac od halasu. Dojazd 8km od asfaltu, wiec dobrze miec suv lub 4x4. Na miejscu mozna kupic alkohol, zjesc."

"Świetna lokalizacja, blisko kawiarnie, restauracje i nocny market. Pokój czysty, klimatyzacja sprawna, łóżko było wygodne. Pani na recepcji miła i zawsze się do mnie uśmiechała. Bardzo udany pobyt"

Nieszczelne okno, więc jak coś się działo na dworze to było głośno (ale mieliśmy też okno od strony ulicy, może dlatego), ciężko było dokręcić prysznic tak żeby z niego nie kapała woda. Poza tym nie mam zastrzeżeń.

"Rooms are spread over several terraces with lots of flowers. We were on the top and had a great view. Being at elevation, it's nice and cool at night. No fans needed. Great new showers with good hot water. They have a pump system through which there is still water when the power is out. A generator is turned on if there is a power cut in the morning or evening. The restaurant is very good. During lunch it is particularly well visited. For breakfast and dinner it's primarily hotel guests. Great breakfast with lots of fruits and good bread. Dinner was a daily changing dish by a daily rotating local chef. Large parking lot. Nearby attractions are Monte Café and Cascata de São Nicolau."

We arrived right on the day of a big storm which primarily hit the highlands. For the next few days CST, the telephone company, was everywhere fixing lines. There was no wifi for the whole two days we were at the hotel. It is possible that this was a consequence of the storm. We made it work with mobile data. The hotel sells credits if you have a CST Sim card.

"Very friendly and helpful hosts, very sweet of them to call and paid for a taxi for us when we were leaving. They offered us food and presents too. Informed us of good spots to visit too."

Wifi was a bit slow, but not a big problem.

"Właściciel płynnie mówi po angielsku, jest w kontakcie, pomocny bardzo. Bardzo dobrze wyposazony apartament, ogrzewany, w kuchni było wszystko co było potrzebne do przygotowywania posiłków. Czysto. Pachnące ręczniki, pościel. Miejsce parkingowe praktycznie pod oknem. Naprawdę bardzo dobre warunki za dobrą stawkę."
