"Wszystko nam się podobało! Najlepszy hotel na świecie! Począwszy od przywitania na recepcji, eleganckim wystroju, przez genialnie urządzony apartament z dużym tarasem, po świetny basen z miejscem na wypoczynek plus jeszcze miły upominek w formie śniadanka :) Jesteście najlepsi! To był bardzo udany pobyt, aż szkoda, że tak krótko. Mega wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka z kosmetykami, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, fajnie rozwiazane oswietlenie. Tam się wszystko zgadzało i polecamy wszystkim! A jeszcze parking pod hotelem i plaża Taaak blisko!"

"J’avais choisi El rancho au vu de sa proximité avec le centre ville de Grand bourg et aussi parce que le petit déjeuner était compris… Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas . "This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"Bardzo wygodne łóżko, super widok z okna, pokój posiadał ekspres i umywalkę. Na piętrze były 4 bardzo duże, czyste łazienki. Śniadanie z dużym wyborem jedzenia (przepyszny chleb)"

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

Rano śniadanie wyjada personel, na uwagi o dokładkę czeka się 15 minut, mimo , że śniadanie to jajecznica z fasolką po bretońsku. Mimo tej monotonii to smaczne białkowe śniadanie. Kawa o typie robusta z termosu.

"Łatwy dojazd komunikacją miejską z lotniska (autobus 13), blisko tradycyjnego targu i sklepów. Piękny widok z okna (27 piętro) oraz urozmaicone śniadania - zarówno kuchnia europejska jak i lokalna. Bardzo dobra kawa. Miły personel, umożliwiono nam darmowe, wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Szybkie Wi-Fi, bardzo czysto."

Kiepska izolacja pokoi - słychać wszystko, co dzieje sie w pokoju obok.

"The family room was small, but had everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and the drink prices were reasonable. The best choice in the area. Evening village life is a separate show, unfortunately we couldn't find any entertainment nearby. And the wealthier residents instead gathered at our place of stay."

The first night we had trouble sleeping because at 3AM all the villagers started making noise (roosters, dogs, cats, turkeys, goats, sheep) but by the second and third we were already used to the village sounds.

La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

Very isolated, surrounded by an abandoned resort. Menu very limited and expensive although the chef was very obliging and did cook of menu dishes for those who asked. Our room wasn’t cleaned twice and we had to remind someone to do it, we had to move rooms as the toilet facilities broke on our first room but this was handled quickly. For the cost of the room I would have expected a little more e.g. bottled water free in the room, tissues to be available in the room, better quality toilet paper.

The city itself was pretty boring, nothing to do and nothing really close by. Ofcourse this has nothing to do with the hotel

They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ramallah."

"The pool was necessary but a little dirty. The ac is effective and the hot water is too. You cant ask to much of hospitality businesses in this part of west africa but this place exceeded them. This place is great for overlanders"

Its definitely more of a "hang out" hotel for locals to come swim or watch football. It will probably be a little rowdy on some weekends. The staff seemed a little confused how to handle overnight guests.

"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre propre, Calme et confortable . Le gérant est très serviable, abordable et de bons conseils pour les randos, aluguers etc....."

Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.
