"It's a basic place, but nice. The bathroom is clean and functional (and great hot water). The bedroom is perfectly fine for a night or two, but would struggle with lots of packing and unpacking if you were staying a while. Owner is super super friendly and nice."

Wejście do części gdzie znajdują się pokoje otwierane jest kodem - nie trzeba martwić się o to że osoba z zewnątrz może się tam dostać. Co do pokoju - czysto, dość przestronnie, wygodne kapsuły do spania. Na plus na pewno była prywatna łazienka w pokoju oraz możliwość podłączenia ładowarki obok łóżka. Bardzo dobre śniadanie w formie bufetu (za dopłatą). Hostel znajduje się bardzo blisko centrum. Zaraz obok jest przystanek tramwajowy. Ulice dalej znajdują się różne sklepy, bary, knajpy."

"Lokalizacja - blisko z lotniska, dookoła dużo sklepów i microlet nr 9. Jest wszystko czego trzeba: ciepła woda pod prysznicem, papier toaletowy, woda pitna, czajnik i dostępna kawa i herbata. Są też śniadania i możliwość zamówienia obiadu/kolacji. Na miejscu jest też miejsce do robienia prania i suszenia ubrań. Miejsce tanie jak na Dili. Można tu spotkać podróżników z całego świata. Czuliśmy się tu dobrze i bezpiecznie."

W pokojach wieloosobowych niewogodne łóżka. Obiekt mógłby być czesciej sprzątany.

"Great place to stay in Dakar – a quiet area just outside the very city center, which makes it more peaceful and relaxed, and at the same time it is very close to the sea. You can fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves, and during the day enjoy a beautiful garden full of greenery and chirping birds. Breakfast is elegant and tasty, and the price is absolutely fantastic for Dakar – it is hard to ask for more at this level. For me, in Dakar: a well‑deserved 5 out of 5 stars."

If you want a beach holiday it's a little far but if you enjoy the cultural aspects it's a perfect spot. Just a little uphill.

"Hostel o standardzie bardziej hotelowym, kojarzy mi się z akademikiem. Pokoje dwuosobowe, w pokoju czysto, w kiblu ptaszki śpiewają. Śniadanie warte ceny (Finlandia jest droga) bo można się napchać po kokardy na cały dzień. Port Viking Line po drugiej stronie ulicy. Recepcja przyjazna, nawet jakieś sauny za friko ale nie korzystałem. Nawet jak się okazało, że jakiegoś wariata dostałem do pokoju (to nie wina hostelu) zareagowali bez zwłoki i adekwatnie. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś będę w Helsinkach (wątpię ;) to jest moja miejscówka."

Zimno i troszkę brzydki budynek

"The location is a bit remote from the city of Lugano, but the views are wonderful and it's surrounded by nature. The house itself is very cozy, welcoming and well maintained."

Wifi was very poor both in the living room and the private bedroom. I struggled connecting for work. I can't say that this was good value for money considering how far it was from Lugano city centre and all other activity spots. I didn't have breakfast, because it was another 20 francs on top of everything else and that wasn't really ideal for someone travelling on a budget.

"The atmosphere is very welcoming, homely, laidback. The staff are both locals and volunteers and this mix creates a great atmosphere. The friday braais are great for meeting people and can be a good pre-drinks for going out. Next to that it isn't a massive party hostel, which is a good thing to me. It's social, and many drinks are done in the evening in the common area, but when you go to sleep it has mostly quieted down. People that want to party further go out to the city at that point. There aren't that many other activities, but people organize it through the hostel whatsapp. Sometimes they do a volley session on the beach or volunteers might initiate something like Laura starting her Thursdays morning workout! Also, they are very relaxed in letting us borrow some coolers from the kitchen to go to the beach or a weekend festival even."

I would love it if the volley would become a weekly scheduled thing too. That on Wednesday / Tuesday and the braai on Fridays would be the perfect amount of planned activities combined with spontaneous stuff that's planned through whatsapp.

"Fantastic location. I had a private room and bathroom. Fantastic. Quiet, helpful staff and a great location. Loved it. Super close to walking up the hill for a great view over the city and close to all key sites in the old city. Inexpensive and good value. I didn't eat breakfast there as there is a wonderful garden cafe 1 min walk in the same street which is lovely for good coffee and food."

Hot water was a little temperamental and loo leaked.

Sparkling Turtle Backpackers Hostel daje dużą dawkę prywatności i spokoju w ruchliwym i głośnym Kathmandu. Bardzo blisko do słynnych atrakcji Buddha Park czy Swayambhunath. Fajne miejsce!"

"You get your own private (albeit tiny) cabin, clean toilets and the staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet location"

Inside the cabins gets really hot during the day. Not a single spoon in the hole place to eat my soup. To enter the compound there's a very awkward padlock where you have to drop everything on the floor to open the door. Not good if the floor is wet or in the darkness of night
