"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I would especially like to highlight the front manager, Hayette. She was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit. She went out of her way to assist our daughter, who doesn’t speak French, and made sure she felt comfortable. When I mentioned that our room felt a bit dusty on the first day, she immediate took action, and from the following day onward, everything was perfectly clean. What started as a holiday with modest expectations turned into a truly satisfying experience. By the end of our stay, we were already thinking about which room we would choose for next year!"
Negatywny aspekt:
"Our small area for improvement would be the dinner option. The kids’ menu had limited choices in terms of protein and carbohydrates, which made it a bit challenging to find balanced and diverse meals. Additionally, having a salad bar for adults would have been a great addition."
