"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

"Śniadania kontynentalne, duży wybór, w sumie bez zarzutu, natomiast absolutnie wspaniałe są lunche i kolacje, dopracowane w każdym szczególe, wybór dań oszałamiający. Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, dostępne hotelowe taksówki, z których z racji komfortu i bezpieczeństwa, lepiej korzystać. Należy pewnie rezerwować pokój wyższej kategorii, bo jest większa szansa że będzie już świeżo odnowiony. Basen po generalnym remoncie, woda krystaliczna. Budowa która toczy się obok nie przeszkadza, hałas nie jest szczególnie uciążliwy. Działania recepcji bez zarzutu."

Początek nie był najlepszy, sejf w pokoju nie działał, pokój był w starej części, więc taki sobie. Jednak po jednej nocy zmiana na lepszy i nowszy była bezproblemowa, tak więc początkowy dyskomfort zmienił się w absolutny komfort. Pozdrowienia dla szefa housekeeping, właściwa osoba na właściwym miejscu:) Wszystkie problemy okazały się do rozwiązania.

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

"The room was spacious, clean and had a huge comfortable bed. The room also had amazing views of the sea, and islet de Gosier as well a cool terrace. Coffee facilities and air conditioning in the room. I loved the open air lounge/dining area too - very unique - the art exhibition added glamour! Then the private beach and pool was also a treat."

The beach area tables and lounges needs to be cleaned more regularly.

Hotel zdecydowanie wymaga remontu, na pierwszy rzut powinna iść wymiana łóżek - są niewygodne.

"Hotel naprawdę spełnia oczekiwania. Pomimo że ma 3*** czystość obsługa jak i ludzie tam pracujący zasługują na więcej. Pomocni we wszystkim. Jeden telefon i zarezerwowali nam wycieczkę katamaranem .Takie podejście się ceni.Lokalizacja wspaniała wystarczy przejść przez ulicę i już się jest plaży Mambo Beach z dużą ilością barów i restauracji. Plusem Hotelu jest to że zapewnia leżaki jak i parasole na plaży Mambo Beach"

"Une douce ambiance dès l'arrivée, une jolie chambre adorablement décorée pour la St Valentin, un personnel au petit soin sont là pour vous accueillir. La chambre est magnifique et je fais un petit feu dans le poêle pour notre plus grand plaisir. Une belle table au restaurant le soir, toujours dans une douce ambiance campagnarde et distinguée. The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

Mieliśmy skromny pokój ze wspólną łazienką. Łazienka była obrzydliwie brudna.

"The staff are wonderful and very consistent of disability. The restaurant is excellent with a large menu and reasonable prices. The Indian food is especially good. The surroundings are stunning. There is a farmers market there one Saturday a month"

The WiFi does not work!

"La habitación era amplia, el aire funcionaba bien, la cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno básico pero rico. El personal amable."

Por ahí tener un colcha de verano o similar. Y que el baño tenga cortina a fin de que no se moje todo al bañarse. Igual todo correcto.

"To już 7 pobyt, jak zawsze było bardzo przyjemnie, ale jak co roku były nowości - kawiarenka Lacoste, nowa aranżacja w hollu, zmieniające się menu na śniadaniach. Uwielbiam tu wracać."

Obsługa w recepcji. Unikać młodych Panów, nie potrafią działać pod presją czasu, nie wiedzą co powiedzieć, co zrobić. Pierwszy raz od 7 lat czekaliśmy na pokój, mimo że była już 15.00. Po zmianie na innego recepcjonistę , Pani szybko zaproponowała drinki, zupełnie inaczej się zachowywała, pokój był gotowy za kilka minut.

Brak ogrzewania w łazience -zimny kaloryfer przez cały mój pobyt to jedyna nie sprawna rzecz.

"Beautiful room room with view on the pool and the ocean. All comfort included, the free shuttle to the city center or to the airport is very valuable, the staff was very kind and professional ! Would definitely come back :)"

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

"Tylko lokalizacja jest pewnym probleme. Nic w odległości spaceru. Trzeba mieć samochód. Jedna fajna restauracja z dojazdem i odwiezieniem. Trochę jest się zdanym na hotel. Świetne śniadania i cały obiekt super zadbany."

Tylko odległość do wszystkiego w tym innych restauracji jest problem. Taxi lub wynajęte auto.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

It was truly a charming stay at Lonno Lodge and we would gladly return and Watamu as a city is a very beautiful place very worth visiting Jonas & Siam"
