Le seul petit bémol, pour le petit déjeuner  nous aurions préféré des jus de fruit corrects plutôt que chimiques proche du soda.

Dinner and breakfast were simple but perfectly adequate. The rooms are very spacious, though they could benefit from a few extra touches to make them feel cosier, as they felt a little empty. Overall, a pleasant stay with beautiful views and a peaceful setting."

"The staff at the hotel was very friendly. After checking my ID and hotel reservation, he quickly helped me complete the check-in process. The whole thing took about 10 minutes."

There was some water on the bathroom floor, which I guess was caused by a leaking pipe. It did affect the overall experience a bit.

To był bardzo udany pobyt, aż szkoda, że tak krótko. Mega wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka z kosmetykami, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, fajnie rozwiazane oswietlenie. "Łatwy dojazd komunikacją miejską z lotniska (autobus 13), blisko tradycyjnego targu i sklepów. Piękny widok z okna (27 piętro) oraz urozmaicone śniadania - zarówno kuchnia europejska jak i lokalna. Bardzo dobra kawa. Miły personel, umożliwiono nam darmowe, wcześniejsze zameldowanie. Szybkie Wi-Fi, bardzo czysto."

Kiepska izolacja pokoi - słychać wszystko, co dzieje sie w pokoju obok.

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset.
