"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

I needed to ask a couple of times in 1 day to clean my room. When I checked in and went for a swim, the guard asked me where my swimming pool wristband was. I had not received one, so I had to leave the pool to get it :(

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

Bardzo duszno w pokojach - trafiłem na ciepłe dni i naprawdę w hotelu bez klimatyzacji w pokojach (i nawet wentylacji) ciężko wytrzymać. Ona uchylały się umiarkowanie, ale były meszki, więc też to nie pomagało.. Wentylator biurkowy to średnie rozwiązanie. Małe SPA, bez basenu i z koniecznością zapisywania się na konkretną godzinę.

Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

Najlepszy ośrodek w jakim kiedykolwiek byliśmy - REWELACJA!!! Szczególne podziękowania dla Kervina i Hiero - Wasza praca pozwoliła nam poczuć się zupełnie wyjątkowo i wypocząć jeszcze lepiej - BRAWO !!!"

"Wij hadden de benedenverdieping van de Villa. In één woord: heerlijk! De accommodatie is ruim, schoon en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het zwembad is heerlijk waar de kids zich ook goed in vermaakt hebben. De omgeving is niet erg toeristisch, maar met een beetje goed zoeken zijn er diverse mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. De host is erg vriendelijk en staat voor je klaar."

"Perfect location. Quiet countryside and no traffic"

No staff available to greet us and show us to our apartment. The internet was useless.

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a warm welcoming stay. The stuff is always ready to help and very kind, receptionist was there 24/7 for easy check-in and check out."

The breakfest is great, they have also a private beach the pool was clean and all the area was clean the room was good too

"Cudowna lokalizacja ( 5min od Stacii, coop i wyciąg narciarski ). Mielismy darmowy dostęp do basenu i lodowiska. W tym ośrodku byla super restauracja która miale prepyszne dania i fajny klimat."

Mógł by być czajnik na herbatke i kawe w pokoju ale to tylko drobnostka. A poza tym żadnych negatywnych opinii.

W pokoju dwuosobowym byla jedna butelka wody, jeden recznik , jedna koldra.Ale bylismy tylko jedna noc , dlatego nie bylo to az tak uciazliwe, podejrzewam pomylke przy zameldowaniu

"두번째방문인데 초4가되니까 즐길수있는 물놀이 액티비티가 다양해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 슬라이드, 포인트브레이크 등이 좋았구요 직원분, 클럽메이트 모두가 너무친절합니다!! 가족모두 즐겁게 놀다갑니다^^"

주변에 식당이없다보니 골드카드로 갔는데 식사를 그나마 괜찮은건 마젤란이었는데 3박동안 가려니 너무 질리더라구요 사이판pic처럼 좀더 다양한 레스토랑이 있었으면 좋겠어요
