"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

"From arriving up to leaving, it was perfect! The rooms are comfortable and clean. Stuff is always doing the best service, from the reception over the cleaning staff to the restaurant! Even there was a animation for kids at the pool what our son really enjoyed. The Chef cooking delicious meals and sharing some special tip to make your food better! The waiters have done always a great job , Jonathan was always having some jokes to made us laugh. Cleaning staff always was respecting your privacy and when told them come back at time they was at the point! At the point a perfect stay what I can just recommend."

The sea has moved in so much over the years that there really is no place to sunbathe on the beach by the hotel. You can walk further down the beach - given space limited sun beds on the decking area.

The buffet restaurant for an evening meal was not open so there were limited options on site

"The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

It was not easy to get service on the tables near the beach. The sun beds did not have cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on.

Great customer service too, we appreciated the followup email asking if there is anything we need during our stay and our request was immediately granted."

Staff could have been a bit more friendlier, especially Hemingway/receptionists. Also there was a slight smell of mold in our room. You can pay in EUR, but not worth it since the change you will get back is in USD, hence losing money.

Couldn’t find any ramp which could be wheel chair friendly. A ramp could be introduced for ease of moving luggage’s and for elderly people.

Urozmaicony choć dość drogi bufet kolacyjny. System opasek zamiast kart do pokoju i na wchodzenie na baseny świetnie działający."

Trochę lepsza kawa :), pokoje wymagają lekkiej renowacji (wykładziny dywanowe). Dobrze wiedzieć, że do centrum jest pół godziny jazdy.

"Nice and spaceous property just a 5-10 min drive from Tahko Ski Resort. 3 of the rooms out of 4 had private bathrooms, which was very convinient. Also the sauna was very specious. Would come back again!"

Too big. Very noisy at breakfast. Only Asian breakfast options. Expensive restaurants. Don’t go to Thai restaurant in hotel. Really bad taste and nothing to do with Thai style

W pokojach są stare meble a budynek wymaga odświeżenia.

Front desk could be more friendly. Feel they were always very busy.

"Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Obszerny wygodny pokój. Ustalone i egzekwowane zasady odnośnie korzystania z leżaków basenowych i plażowych (brak moliwości tzw. rezerwacji na później) 4 restauracj ze zróżnicowaną kuchnią. Duży słodkowodny basen i zadbana bezkresna plaża nad oceanem."

Wysokie ceny. Główna restauracja w stylu średniej klasy hotelu "All inclusive". Stosunkowo skomplikowany układ wewnętrzny (ilość pięter i korytarzy) utrudniający komunikację.
