"From the moment you walk in, you can tell this is a special place. The room view is absolutely spectacular, making it hard to even leave the balcony, and the room itself is kept spotlessly clean and neat. I really appreciated the thoughtful room accessories and how easy it was to get from the room directly to the restaurant without any hassle. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. What truly made the stay, though, was the lovely staff—they are so polite, welcoming, and genuine that you feel right at home. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with great service, this is definitely it."

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

"I have never been to a Taj before, so I have nothing to compare it to. The lobby is impressive and the location with direct access to the beach is great. The staff is lovely and the housekeeping do so much for you, Saudtha I believe, checked on us regularly and brought us more water or towels."

When a twin is converted into a double room, one of the guests end up without space to put their things and the light switches are at the wrong place.

Restaurant prices are too high.

"Well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff. Room was always well stocked with towels and cleaned. Nicola does a great job by the pool keeping everyone happy with towels, food and drinks. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly and the bartender was always smiling and talkative. D Richard’s steakhouse was great - Steak Diane and Filet were both excellent. Sol de Mar had good Mediterranean style food with a relaxed atmosphere. My husband and I ate here on a few occasions- pasta with lobster, veal scallopini both great choices. Close location to a number of off property restaurants that are excellent."

The pads on the loungers are very old, worn thin and extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Chef’s Table wasn’t good- we ate only one dinner there and the lobster cake and fish were dried out. The pasta dish with Shrimp had the full shell on the shrimp still making eating very messy. Lobster Fest on the beach was disappointing. The lobster was dried out as it had been sitting under lamps for some time. We waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to finally get a table after speaking with the manager in charge. Very unorganized.

Brak windy na piętro było dużym minusem. Od obiektu z 4 * oczekiwalibyśmy większych udogodnień. Wciąganie bagaży po schodach było dość dużym zaskoczeniem. Lampa przy wyjściu z kuchni mogłaby być wyżej zawieszona.

Proces zameldowania był bardzo długi, zajęło to przeszło pół godziny. Podróżowałam z osobą na wózku inwalidzkim, a w głównym budynku nie działała winda!

"Szeroki wybór dań na śniadanie i kolację. Spory basen z bardzo ciepłą wodą. Pokój z balkonem. Bardzo pomocna i uprzejma obsługa hotelowa."

Zbyt drogie piwo w barze ;-) Mała plaża i niewystarczająca liczba leżaków na plaży i przy basenie.

Staff were polite and amazing, great buffet breakfast, there is mini zoo which had wildlife such as monkeys, crocodile, tortoise, parrot, ostriches, peacocks etc. The rooms and facilities was great and it was a great stay. They provided free shuttle to the airport which is a bonus."

"Wspaniały hotel, położony przy ładnej plaży z możliwością snorklingu. Pyszne jedzenie, kolacje bardzo różnorodne. Obsługa przemiła i pomocna. Bardzo nam sie podobało, z chęcią wrócimy."

The shower I used was really small.

"Friendly attentive staff, excellent environment and atmosphere, great food, great beach and pool, everything. The staff take very good care of the hotel residents."

La cama se movía se movía mucho y se corría del lugar muy incómodo de verdad El tv nunca funcionó Llamamos a recepción y nunca contestaron Mucha gente en recepción ala hora de la entrada

I couldn't control the temperature of the room. I think the AC wasn't working properly I was a bit hot while sleeping even though the AC was on 16 degrees. Probably because the heaters were on.
