"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

Key card for lift was problematic. Lounge was a litle sparsely furnished.

"El hotel en general es muy bonito, y la piscina está muy Bien: Mis chamos no querían salir de la piscina, en especial por el pequeño "Parque" acuático que tienen en las instalaciones de la piscina. Las piscinas las mantienen muy Bien limpias, incluso fuimos testigos de la limpieza exhaustiva que realizaron a la piscina de niños. El personal de mantenimiento le damos un buen "pulgar arriba". Se nos daño la cerradura y la cambiaron Al mismo momento en el que lo reportamos, a pesar de que tenían "various casos de emergencia" que necesitaban atender. Muy bien por El líder de mantenimiento."

El desayuno fue un desastre. Cuando llegamos nos asignaron una muchacha para hacerle seguimiento a nuestra "experiencia" en El hotel y nos dijo: "El desayuno es a la Carta, así que no hay que preocuparse". La verdad es que solo habían 3 tipos de desayuno y eran sumamente estrictos (no se podía cambiar pan por arepa por ejemplo). La Carta decía "huevos Al gusto", sin embargo no había huevos hervidos. A la final nos lo prepararon (porque Les explicamos que eran para Los niños) no sin antes mostrar una cara de desacuerdo y "volteada de ojos" no muy agradable. Por otro lado, El hotel estaba casi full (hecho corroborado por Los mismos administradores / trabajadores del hotel), y la disponibilidad de mesas era escasa, en incluso se hacían colas, especialmente, cerca de la hora de cierre del restaurant (10a.m.). Como especialistas en Gerencia e Ingeniería de costos, entendemos claramente que el objetivo de servir "desayunos a la Carta", es tratar de bajar costos (no toman en consideración que bajar costos en la situación de ocupación en la que se encontraban significa incrementar estrés a su personal y al turista), sin embargo eso se puede hacer con El hotel a poca ocupación (quizas igual o menor Al 30-40%) no con el hotel a 80% de ocupación. La mejor manera de manejar la comida con dicha ocupación, es preparar desayunos tipo Buffett. Se lo hicimos saber a la Gerente encargada del restaurant, sin embargo la misma no recibió la sugerencia de buenas maneras.

Free Wi-Fi connection was sometimes unstable, especially during the evening.

Bardzo głośno pracująca klimatyzacja. Kolor oświetlenia apartamentu sprawia przygnębiające wrażenie. W dzień wygląd apartamentu jest ok.

"Very quiet and amazing location on the riverbank, despite the proximity of the center of Saigon so noisy and polluted. Nice building with spectacular views and lovely decoration. My appartment was spacious and very pleasant to live in."

"Beautifully laid out cottages in a stunning tree filled landscape/garden. Easy to get to the pool and beach. The accommodation was really clean and so comfortable."

"Used as a night stop over before catching ferry next day. Midway between airport and ferry port. Room had everything required, was clean and having bar and restaurant on roof is a nice thing as not much else is around in the area. Staff were attentive."

There were small irritations. TV on arrival was not working but sorted after a message to hotel. Signage to bar restaurant is incorrect should be removed. Took a while before being advised of alternative entry point. Check out process could had been more efficient. Taxi driver ended up paying cash for me as lady with card machine not available

"What a wonderful location for a ladies 50th birthday trip. The room was perfect for 3 or even 4 (sharing beds). The balcony overlooked a beautiful bay and we got to wave to the boats going by. The pool was perfect to dip in after a day at the beach. The walk to town was easy and if you take a ride back in the evening just be sure to ask how much before jumping in :-) When I return to St John. I'll be returning here."

The place was off the beaten path - which is what I loved about it!

"Duży funkcjonalny apartament. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne do samodzielnego przyrządzania śniadań, a nawet gotowania. Duży basen. Hotel tuż przy plaży z prywatnymi leżakami i parasolami dla gości. Na plaży restauracja i bary."

Kaucja 20 USD za ręczniki. Parking na zewnątrz hotelu.

"The facilities are excellent, the apartment is spacious and the location is fantastic."

"Large rooms, pristine condition. Well appointed with good facilities. Common area also superb, with cooking facilities, dining area, living room and TV. Two shower/toilet rooms shared between 4 rooms. Impeccably clean. Free wi-fi. 2x supermarkets and a fast-food place are within walking distance, closing around 22:00."

The location isn't really within walking distance of Nuuk centre, but buses and taxis are available. Not much to see and do in immediate area.

The bedroom was so hot and I couldn't sleep well for the 3 weeks,the air conditioning didn't seem to do it's job but was on

"Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. W pokoju i łazience czysto, codziennie sprzątane. Wystrój bardzo przyjemny."

Trochę zaniedbany basen, brak małej lodówki i szklanek w pokoju.

Gość na recepcji pierwszego dnia . Powodem mojej oceny jest brak kompletnego zaangażowania w sytuacji gdy nie działała karta magnetyczna do drzwi. Zastosował tzw spychologię na sprzątaczkę, która przyniosła tradycyjny klucz który otworzył drzwi ale nie włączył zasilania prądu w apartamencie. Kolejna wędrówka na recepcję. Gość nawet nie ruszył się wydając kartę zapasową . Nie wspomnę o przepraszam.

Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well.
