Kontakt z właścicielem szybki i bezproblemowy. Właściciel bardzo pomocny we wszelkich sprawach."

"Świetny stosunek jakości do ceny, dostęp do basenu w hotelu obok i darmowe drinki wieczorem. Możliwość wykupienia w hotelu obok dobrych śniadań w przyzwoitej cenie. Gospodarz William bardzo komunikatywny i pomocny. Dobra lokalizacja."

Ziemniaki w mundurkach cos strasznego. Proszę przekazać do kucharza... choć odrobinę masła, zioła... niech to "jakoś" smakuje.

"Everything was great! Very clean, we totally recommend it"

"Very friendly service, it was very clean. Very safe, the beds are pure white and comfortable, luxurious kitchen and sitting room. I will stay there definitely again. Thank you very much."

Can't complain. It was very good.

"Bardzo miły i uśmiechnięty personel. Cicha klimatyzacja.

"The staff is very friendly, gives very good advice The rooms are comfortable"

Ice Latte przepyszna do śniadania.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"The facilities are excellent, the apartment is spacious and the location is fantastic."

No bay view.

The price compared to surrounding places

"The staff were really kind and helpful. And they never even expect to be tipped. We wanted to tip the girl who was so helpful to us throughout our stay but there was nobody there on the day we left because our flight was too early."

Nothing.

"How the room was clean and also how good was the service from the staff and warm reception"

"We booked it last minute. Everything was great. The breakfast very good and complete. The staff very nice and helpful. The price so low."

Everything was great.

"The food is excellent. I do like the service, i couldn't expert more!"

The AC in the bedroom was too noisy. And i hope they will fix the elevator soon.

"Czysto, przyjemny apartament, wystarczająco wyposażona kuchnia, apartament posiada zelazko, suszarkę, kuchenkę mikrofalową,wygodne łózko w sypialni, fajny taras i basen"

"Czyste , ładne i funkcjonalne pokoje. Basen . Polecam z całego serca pobyt w tym obiekcie."

"To naprawdę wyjątkowe miejsce.

"The building is historically great, charming and top renovated"

We missed bakeries and supermarkets in the surrounding but all in all great

"Lokalizacja (blisko plaży z rekinami i płażkami!), kuchnia"

"everything was just perfect and the stuff was super amazing people like Tima, Cecilia and Fanya also the chef, was my first time being in Mozambique and I was lucky to choose 40/40 accomodation for my stayand it motivated me to come back again that side spends my holidays."

Network was poor but I can't blame the guesthouse it's was also everywhere I went in Mozambique.

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

"Excellent stay, the host were attentive but at the same time they ensured privacy. The house is big, with a beautiful garden with the pool by the forest. Everything worked properly with all the things that u can have at home. We would love to be back on our next holiday in Lithuania. Thanks u"

"Well manicured gardens, bbq area. Having the shuttle service was helpful for visiting the town and the other side of the island"

Our room was located near the pool pump so was a bit noisy; we had to keep the balcony doors closed at all the time
