"Sean our host was super accomodating and made us feel comfortable in a home away from home over the Christmas period. Sean met us the airport, provided our daily breakfast and assisted us with bookings and provided his local knowledge through out stay. :-)...."

The actual location of the apartment was not exactly as indicated on the booking.com map, which was not so good for us.

On my last sleep of the week I was disturbed by the above resident, moving furniture and banging in the early hours of my departure day. Also just before 3am, being woken up by my TV having it on a different channel to what I had when I turned it off before going to bed believing someone had trespassed into the property and the thought of my belongings being stolen.

Trudno doszukać się złych stron.

Hard to fault.

"The best location, I enjoy every moment I did really feel like I was at home. The owner don't humbug at you at all you don't even know is around. We had a Wi-Fi outage and he a sent digi 3 day plan to all his Tenants.."

Needed more kitchen utensils

"La habitación es muy cómoda, se siente limpio y el buen mantenimiento. La TV tenía Netflix por lo que no tuve que molestarme en buscar mi propia cuenta. Y lo que más me agrado es que se puede usar el gimnasio del edificio. El apartamento esta muy cerca del aeropuerto, haciendo facil la llegada. Por la mañana no hay tráfico, además de que son puntuales para traer el transporte que me llevó al aeropuerto, por lo que llegué en el tiempo esperado, sin mencionar que tienen desayuno incluído, fueron tan amables de ponermelo para llevar ya que quería desayunar luego."

"Nice apartment, nice terrace overlooking the pool and with partial sea view. The ceiling fans were very good and enough to keep the apartmrent cool and we did not need the aircon. The owner had been very friendly and responsive. Just a few meters walk to a long stretch of beach with few people around. Free use of beach chairs and sunshades"

Air conditioning did not work in the living room but was not a problem because we did not need it. The only problem was after we checked out when we received a message from the owner saying that we had forced open a closet and damaged some beach towels. I have explained the owner how things really went and I believe that it was fiundamentally a misunderstanding and the problem was likely caused by the people in charge of the cleaning/maintenance of the apartment or some previous guests, since the owner lives in Europe. To be fair the owner did not ask us to pay anything it was just her complaining about us having done something that we did not do.

"Wspaniała destynacja. Fajna lokalizacja. Cudowna gospodyni Sabrina, pomocna na każdym kroku ( transfer lotniskowy, wypożyczenie rowerów, organizacja wycieczek, skarbnica wiedzy wszelakiej). Apartament poprawny, basen na posesji z wybornym widokiem. W niedalekiej odległości przystanek autobusowy, sklep… perfekt!"

"View stunning, apartment a very generous size and well appointed. Track by the lake closed due to waste water upgrades but no fault of the apartments as affects all properties. Sophia was so welcoming on reception and looked after our bags till check in time and on day of check out."

"We were meet by the owner Michel and his staff. All the staff were very accommodating and pleasant they made us all feel at home. The staff did their very best to ensure we enjoyed our stay, they were very attentive. The property was perfect for me and my whanau (family) we live near the ocean in NZ. We enjoy being near the ocean and forest. A great opportunity for all to rejuvenate mind and body. We were all able to relax and enjoy the private beach. We were very grateful and blessed for their assistance with the option of a late check-out and help with transport to Uturoa Airport. The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The Kitchen/pantry storage and dining area's were clean perfect for our needs. We will be back. Tau Ke!!"

A bit off the beaten path - we were aware of it and it didn't bother us, but be prepared for 1 km or so of dirt road until you get there.

Bedding. I personally prefer white sheets for places to stay. It's the only way I can tell 100% that my bed is clean.

"Super apartamenty, dwie łazienki, ogromna przestronna sypialnia, basen codziennie był czyszczony. Bardzo mili i uprzejmie ludzie którzy doglądali porządku. Blisko do plaży."

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.

"Basen na dachu robi wrażenie, personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Co do czystości było czysto jedynie z małymi niedociśnieniami. Poza tym ok."

Nie nazwałabym tego że mi się nie podobało, lecz na jakikolwiek alkohol, nawet w restauracji nie ma co liczyć :)

brakowało niektórych przyrządów kuchennych np. łopatki żeby zrobić jajecznicę, Bark czajnika - wodę gotowaliśmy w garnku, meble ogrodowe przydało by się już wymienić bo zjada je rdza. Ulica przy plaży była tak ruchliwa jak autostrada, specjalnie wybrałam nocleg oddalony od miasta żeby był spokój ale niestety rozwój gospodarczy robi swoje... Dlatego jeśli szukasz spokojnej okolicy to nie w tym miejscu.

Me sorprendio que haciendo la reserva para dos personas solo incluyera desayuno para uno y si el otro queria tenia que pagarlo. Nunca habia vivido una situacion igual

"My family had a wonderful experience. The check in process was easy. It's important to inform the staff about time of arrival. Also I texted and emailed before hand and the staff were responsive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My favorite part was the full kitchen . We were able to cook our own meals. Another favorite are was the washer and dryer. 3 rooms were located on the second floor and my family was very comfortable with the set up. The location was around 5 minute drive to Tumon beach and the malls. It's important to have a car rental when renting this apartments. It was a great value for money. I would stay here again"

"The location was very convenient. I really love the ocean view and especially hearing the ocean splashes everyday during my stay, it was really breathtaking, relaxation and good service. Also the food at the restaurant below my room had very delicious food, also from the balcony of the restaurant I enjoyed the ocean view and beautiful sunsets. I'm in love with this island especially in Westpunt!"

I do not really have any complaints about anything, because all of my wishes have been granted during my stay. So I have nothing to complain about. Keep up the good work and service! Everything was just perfect!
