Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room.

Sofa bed could be better.

"The proximity to the city centre, the beach, restaurants and the marina. Living room and kitchen well equipped. Nice fridge size. Nice to have the option to make a barbecue although we didn’t use it this time. And great staff! Very sympathetic and ready to help! Nice parking space!"

Our bed was too soft for our taste, sofa is starting to get a little old but it was very comfy, and I’ve missed something to hang our swimming suits on.

"Nos gustó lo espacioso, nuevo y limpio que era el apartamento.Vistas desde dormitorio a la Pagoda Shwedagon. Estuvimos 4 noches cómo en casa, limpieza diaria además con gimnasio en el edificio y destacar la amabilidad de la chica de recepción, nos dejó salir más tarde al tener bus nocturno. Es una pena que no vayan los turistas !!!"

"Rewelacyjna strefa SPA. Jest basen sporych rozmiarów, 2 sauny, oraz jacuzzi. Bardzo przyjemny klimat w salonie, wspaniałe jedzenie. Genialny kucharz przyrządzał wyjątkowo smaczne śniadania i obiadokolacje. Personel wymarzony. Czuliśmy się tam wyjątkowo. Polecam serdecznie! Chętnie wrócimy!"

Dodatkową zaletą była wliczona w cenę karta Millstatter See, dzięki której wstęp na pobliską plażę i nie tylko był darmowy. Poza tym apartament jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, skąd jest blisko do wielu atrakcji."
