Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. "Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo blisko centrum. Spokojna okolica. Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie."

Ogrzewanie nie działało przez kilka pierwszych dni i w nocy było zimno.

"Very friendly , easy going hotel with good staff and friendly guests! Wonderful large room with access to sun loungers and the small beach and views over the water( Beach front king).Other places accessible by taxi, if rather expensive!"

Main dining area felt rather utiltarian. Food was fine , service friendly. The bingo/ karaoke evening was good fun

"This was a nicely designed hotel, with spacious rooms. Conveniently located for Yala safari pickups. There was even a peacock to greet us every morning outside our balcony!"

Though the room was mostly clean, there were some stains on our sheets. The friendly staff quickly rectified this. When we had to leave early for our safari, there was no staff available on site to unlock the gate and we had to do a real life jailbreak from the hotel! Also the water is reliant on solar so you may have to have a cold shower on a cloudy/rainy day.

"I had an excellent stay at the Royal Court Hotel. The reception staff members were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were also super helpful with my queries around transport. My room was top quality. Spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite the central location. La piscine était sur entretien et en train detre remplir. Dommage pour nous que on ne pouvait pas nager. Mais prochainement ca sera possible.

"The chinese food restaurant was fantastic. The rooms were clean and great for the price. Even though the restaurant was closed in the morning, the owner brought us each a coffee when we went searching for one. Would stay again."

Would have been nice to have coffee available in the room.

Жили на третьем этаже, лестницы очень крутые, взрослым людям будет тяжело подниматься. Завтрак был включен, ожидание было, конечно, другое, но увы, сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Утром пошли на завтрак, девушка, встретившая нас с ходу сказала, что кроме яичницы ничего нет. В итоге принесли яичницу с колбасой, на вопрос из какого мяса, ответила грубо, что не знает. На 4 человека дали один чайник чая, попросили дополнительно еще чайник, но это уже было платным. В номере не помешало бы поставить большое зеркало и светильники. Думаю, такие мелочи дали бы уют в номерах.

Począwszy od przywitania na recepcji, eleganckim wystroju, przez genialnie urządzony apartament z dużym tarasem, po świetny basen z miejscem na wypoczynek plus jeszcze miły upominek w formie śniadanka :) Jesteście najlepsi! To był bardzo udany pobyt, aż szkoda, że tak krótko. Mega wygodne łóżko, czysta łazienka z kosmetykami, świetnie wyposażona kuchnia, fajnie rozwiazane oswietlenie. Tam się wszystko zgadzało i polecamy wszystkim! A jeszcze parking pod hotelem i plaża Taaak blisko!"

"Island Hopper was recommended by a friend and didn't disappoint. The staff made us feel at 'home' right from the airport pick up. The beds are more comfortable than ours at home. The restaurant is also excellent! Hope to be back one day."

"Wszystko było znakomite- od standardu całego hotelu i wystroju do oferowanego jedzenia. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, na bazie lokalnych produktów. Kolacja była również wyśmienita, zadbano o każdy najmniejszy szczegół. Hotel oferuje również wellness z saunami co pozwala na cieszenie się relaksem w pełni. Trzeba również zaznaczyć, że obsługa hotelu jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Zadbała ona o to, aby pobyt był w pełni satysfakcjonujący. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy, ale tym razem latem, aby móc pojeździć rowerami po okolicy."

The location is a bit isolated. Would be nice if there was as strip mall or something in the area to go buy stuff.

"Obiekt dobrze położony. Pokoje dość stare z klimatem typowo karczmy. Ale czysto. Łóżko wygodne. Miejsce parkingowe bezpłatne. Można zejść na dół i zjeść obiad."

"J’avais choisi El rancho au vu de sa proximité avec le centre ville de Grand bourg et aussi parce que le petit déjeuner était compris… Malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas .
